False unformation from FNB and very slow follow up

I went into FNB College square in Bloemfontein to fetch my new debit card. The trainee that assisted me asked if he could tell me more about a temporary loan. He explained to me that if at all I need money at the end of the month, I could access the funds,like a kind of overdraught. I asked him repeatedly if the initiation fee would apply if I did not request the funds after which I was repeatedly told that it only app**** when and if I wanted to access the funds. One day later R3000 was deposited into my account, which I did not request. I told myself that accessing the funds then probably means that I should not go below R3000 in available balance, which is what the trainee also understood. Nevertheless the next day a deduction went of from my account without me requesting the fund or using the funds. I went in to the branch and was faced with a manager and trainee that just pulled up their shoulders, telling me I should log a query after which I will receive a response within 48 hours. As I am typing this message we are at day 15 of waiting for a response from this ridiculous bank. Stay away from FNB 'new products' especially when sold to you by their untrained trainees, because should you experience any problems, FNB are unable to do anything for you at any of their branches, which leaves you to the mercies of their very slow centralised departments.
