False selling and not resolving customer issues

i'm soo angry actually fuming, one of the FNB agents sold me a phone/contract and they **** about it (pricing)... I have been escalating and triying to resolve this since 2014 November, I am about to finish paying for their ****y contract now and they have been \coming back to me\" and resolving it... whatever happened to your good customer service. I want to cancel the contract and get my money back"
