False selling

So I took up a life cover and I was told that I will have free cover for 2 months and I will only start paying in December and to my surprise boom I am debited today. I then call the call centre and I spoke to Nikiwe who just told me that the promotion was not loaded on my policy, so whose fault is that, seems like it was my fault I was supposed to load the promotion hlampe. She was so helpless, she even put me on hold for about 10 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager. What a service
