False Sales Pitch and Bad Service

I had taken a Premier Credit card and Cheque account and was advised that I will receive benifits such as 2 x slow lounge visits a month. I went through to the king shaka slow lounge and was charged R350. I have called and complained about this more than 5 times, FNB Premier advises that it is a problem with the Ebucks reward level, but I do not see why that would effect my credit card benefit. I have asked for this to be escalated and the complained was marked as resolved without being provided with a reason. This is not the service I would expect from FNB! At this point, I am more upset about the poor service than what I am about the ********** sale of the premier account
