False representation on ITC records
I've been on hold for most of this morning trying to get in touch with someone from the personal loans team regarding an incorrect representation of my paymeny history on the ITC records. Can someone please get back to me urgently to resolve this false negative review of my payment history as this is negatively affecting my credit score. How can I be on hold for 30 minutes and also have no one respond to my emails?

A consultant contacted me on Friday regarding this matter - I sent the relevant docs and she said she'd get back to me but hasn't responded to my emails or given feedback yet. This is a very urgent matter that I need resolved asap
