False promotion

Two weeks ago there was a fnb add on sowetan about fnb Aspire Account, one of the additional benefits was that you get 1500 voucher if you have Aspire and have a funeral policy for 12 months, when I called to enquire the consultant didn't have a clue about what I was talking about and was told the matter was being escalated to the promotion department and someone will call me back, and It didn't happen as a client of fnb for 10 years I'm terrible disappointed
