False promises

FNB vottrekker bellville. Had my money jammed in the atm 5/09/22 and was told it will be paid in in 48hrs .went back to the bank on the 7th of September and was told it was processed on the 5th and should be in my account but nothing was in...was told some one is printing the proof but few minutes later the lady came saying the money was processed but not yet in will take 2 days ....today is the 12th and nothing has been done or communicated at all
