False promises

I was *****ently debited 4 amounts from my account. I called the ***** hotline who then transferred me to the debit reversal department. The caller confirmed, last week Thursday, that the debits would be reversed in 24 hours. Uptill today, 1 week later, the debits have still not been reversed. I'm seriously considering changing banks.
