False promises by FNB

<p>When I opened a new account at FNB, I received an sms saying that if I switch my salary to FNB, I could qualify for up to R400 airtime, and 1.3GB data. I opened my account in Feb. My salary went into my FNB account in March and April now. When i enquired about the sms that I received, I was told that it was a promotion that only ran up to the end of March, and that the consultant at FNB Clearwater (where i opened my account), was supposed to send a salary switch form in or something like that. This never happened, and now i missed out on the airtime and data. I was not very happy about this. </p>
