FALSE PROMISES AND NEGATIING COURT ORDER BY FNB

Well this is oer a year and still FNB just do not want to commit to resolution. the last was :

Dear Mr Mackay,

Reference is made to the response provided on 23 January 2017.

Kindly note it was advised that an urgent request for the reconciliation of the interest charged from the period of October 2010 to date was requested and is underway.

The FirstRand Debt Review Centre confirms the further correspondence regarding the reconciliation of the interest charged will be provided no later than 08 February 2017.

Trust you find the above in order.

Yours Sincerely

I was under debt review and one of the clauses passed by the courts of Cape Town and agreement by all parties was FNB charges of 9.15% over 123 months. This was finalized in 2010 but FNB still pushed up interest rates. When will they resolve my query. Before I go to the media around this. Just like their ******ies around security boxes they distance themselves without obligation to respond. Below is the set out agreement by the courts of Cape Town.

Extract of agreement.

On 23 July 2010 the FirstRand Debt Review Centre was advised that the matter was postponed to 17 August 2010. Then again on 08 October 2010 we advised that the matter was postponed to 13 October 2010.

A debt re-arrangement order was received from the debt counsellor on 14 October 2010(which was granted on 14 October 2010) for the account to be restructured on a monthly instalment of R5674.57 on an outstanding balance of R642750.50 at an interest rate of 9.15% per annum repayable over a period of 123 months.

I appreciate this but its almost a year. I queried the exact same thing last year yet your banking institution doesnot get it. You send me the same documentation over and over again. 9.15% over 123 months. that was the agreement. Why in that time period did you push the interest rates u.going against the court order.
