False promises

I got a call from an agent offering me a plan called credit switch. I took up the offer and we went through the entire process and they told me te amount that I need and the payment plan to which I agreed and I got told my application was successful and even signed a debit order mandate. The after that they wanted documentation which I supl**** then today I got told no your application was down graded and I am only eligible for half of what was offered after it was all approved and the debit order mandate was approved I am horribly disappointed in fnb and if it wasn't such a schlepp I would cancel my account
