False promises

I hold a private clients credit card with FNB. I have spent in excess of R30k for the past 2 months and made similar amounts of deposits to the credit card, so that I could earn ebucks and rewards. I was granted 2 complimentary priority pass visits last year which I did not use as my card expired and I then requested a new one which arrived last week. I then noticed that I do not have any complimentary visits and on emailing the lifestyle desk, I was told that I do not qualify. I am very disappointed with FNB and their false promises. I was promised 2 complimentary visits as I hold the private clients credit card. This is indeed bad service to clients. Another complaint I have is that I have 2 months left on my device payments and wanted to get another device. I was told that I do not qualify as I don't have a cheque account, but I do! I have been putting R9000 in that specific account as savings so that I meet the qualifying criteria. If I qualified in the past, and have never missed a payment, how then do I suddenly not qualify for a mere R420 a month device? Please don't overpromise and under deliver! I feel like closing my FNB accounts.
