False Promises

Good day

On Tuesday spoke to Godfrey on app complain about funeral cover, he logged an inquiry with reference number R***. No feedback was done I decided to call on Thursday the 4th spoke to Jessie Dunn he log a refund and said it will be given to me within 24 hours, I called on the 5th knowing 24 hours has passed no refund the lady I spoke to said it will reflect by end of day today is the 6th nothing yet I spoke to Philasande Shatywayo for more than an hour on the phone she putted me on hold for over 45 minutes not coming back to me what she is doing or what so ever , she first stated she doesn’t see a refund then suddenly telling me she sees it was processed I’m suppose to have it I need speak to accounts suddenly now she comes back saying its tracking she told me 3 different things at once was a bit confused and frustrated. And she told me I can’t fo anything tracking takes 6 days and now this contradicts to what she said earlier and it frustrated me big time now suddenly she can’t do anything her team leader will call me back within 24 working hours to solve this issue that is Nosipho Mabuza now have to wait for Monday or Tuesday . Can someone please assisting on this cause I’m really frustrated and ****ed at FNB can I get my refund today
