FALSE PROMISE

I have app**** an FNb credit card on 12 April 2025 and approved I was told to send payslips what I did that. They have delivered the card to me, but the approved limit is not yet allocated. On 06 May 2025 they have charged me a monthly credit card administration fee but I m a using the account. when I enquire I always told the limit will be activated within 48 hours but it did not happen. Until now I m still waiting for them to allocate the limit. No response to them.
