False Pretence

Good day,

My name is Yongama Jacobs - I would like to inform you guys of my disgust. You guys made me open a premier account under false pretence that I would be liable for a R2 000 pay-out if I open a premier account, switch my debit orders and salary and use it as my main bank account. I called FNB and did an enquiry, I was told that the funds would be paid into my bank before the 15th December. And I called again last week and was told that the matter has been escalated as I am liable for the funds. Today on the 17th December I called again and I was told that I am not liable for the funds as I had 1 day on the 30th October that my account was in a minus, for 1 flippen day! You guys should have explained this from the beginning and why was I told by the other consultants that I am liable and yet this one consultant told me I am not liable. You guys made me leave an honest Bank Capitec so that I may be **** to by FNB- and now I have to wait till January to switch. Just as I was enjoying the pemier account I am now starting to realise the many things people have said about FNB. Never have I been falsely led by Capitec in any way. They do not have many of the benefits you as FNB have- however never have Capitec for 1 day misled me. This is very unprofessional of FNB.
