False/misleading advertising

I purchased a contract for a Lenovo TAB 2 A7-30. It was advertised as Android 5.0. When I received the item, it was Android 4.4. I have complained about this on their website without any resolve whatsoever. I notice the product has been removed from the their website but I have a screenshot thereof. I have sent reminder complaints but still no satisfaction. I have wasted over R60 airtime waiting for an answer from their call centre. I am very dissatisfied.

As yet, I have still had no response, this has now been dragging on for 3 weeks! What's the way forward now? Legal action?

I received an email from Adreinne advising me to download the update to Android 5.0 using a link provided. The download is 800mb, data for the download would cost me R149. I refuse to pay for FNB's errors! I have mentioned this in answer to the email requesting who will bear the cost, now I wonder how long I will have to wait for an answer.
