False marketing, no rebate on fees after changing to Fusion account

I have been a client of FNB for many years. I had a product where I didn't pay banking fees for retaining a minimum balance. Last year I was convinced by my private banker to change my account to Fusion because apparently its better. Well it is better, better for the bank because now I pay full feels with no sign of the rebate in ebucks which I was originally sold. This rebate doesn't happen and when I query it, there is just more delaying tactics and no resolution now more than 6 months later. I am looking into other banks offering better flexibility in fees.

Reviewer Update
I have been waiting for feedback for a year on this issue about my bank changes. I must say I thought the bank would have been far more professional and efficient in at least providing me with feedback and updates on this matter and it doesn't even help being a private client. I would have been better off staying on the account I already had. It is highly irritating to not know what is going on especially since I have so much investments and accounts with FNB. Please please please can someone give me feedback on this matter or at least advise on what is the best way forward? If the service levels remain the same I am forced to transfer everything I currently have and will gladly look into moving to other banks who can provide the service levels which I expect to receive (and pay for).

I am extremely disappointed by how this matter has been handled thus far with empty promises and absolutely no progress for a year. Last time Olga spoke to me you mentioned that the matter was under discussion and a decision was going to be made soonest. Then nothing. If this continues then you will lose a very loyal customer soon.
