FALSE MARKETING
On 03/02/16 I went to the FNB Sandton City branch to close my Gold Cheque acc as it was expensive for me to maintain, I was then persuaded and not to close the account, I was then offered an FNB phone, I was told that all I need to do to get this phone is to transfer R1000 into my FNB Pocket saver, it would be invested and after 3 years I will get it back with interest. About a week later I log onto my online banking only to find that there is Smart Device I am owing of about R2000, to my surprise I am now owing the device whereby I was not told that I am paying anything additional to the R1000, so I want FNB to take their phone back as I feel ****med into buying the phone that I can't afford
