False Loan of 4.6 Million Rands

I have been trying for the past month to get an issue resolved with FNB with zero success. I have spoken to the call center, managers, a guy named Francois, Constance Maart and Christel Gnomes with no resolution. I have app**** for a lease and upon credit checks it comes up as a judgement for the amount of 4.6 Million rands. How on earth is that remotely possible as I do not even earn enough to even attain a loan of such magnitude.

Basically I require a letter stating that i do no owe 4.6 Million rands to you people, you are playing with my life as if i do not get my lease then i wont have a roof over my head.

Im seriously considering suing you for damages due to your error.
