False Information Reflecting on my ITC Report
I am extremely disappointed in FNB .In June 2022 i app**** for a temporally loan and paid the loan in full .The loan Account has been closed . I tried to apply for car finance and even a retail account and all my applications has been declined .
On my ITC report , it still shows that i am owing FNB , even though the full amount has been paid .I need this to be rectify as it is destroying my ITC and i also need you guys to rectify my name .
The full loan amount is still showing outstanding on my ITC , this is not fair at all
I need this to resolve ASAP or escalate to Management

30 Apr 2023, 16:32Good day , i sent all supporting information to the *** email adress for Mavis Mashele . As mentioned before this is preventing me to apply for any credit as this debt has been paid in full .I need a settlement letter to be emailed to me as well .
