False information on my credit report

Good morning

FNB keeps taking me from pillar to post when requesting for a paid up letter for my temporary loan that I had with them.

The loan is paid up however FNB keeps updating false information on my credit report stating that the account is in arrears, I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years and I don’t understand how we are loyal to a brand that clearly sends us a message that it doesn’t care about us.
