False information, No help, Disappearing documents!

Dear Managers

RE: Business Account

Upon instruction of ***le Greaver who used to be the manager at FNB Hillcrest I handed in a business credit card increase application at the Menlyn FNB branch on 7 April 2019.

***le also told me that my address from three years ago was still reflecting on the system, despite my handing in documents to the Hillcrest branch physically twice since moving to Pretoria in 2017.

Telephonically she said I should go to the Menlyn branch and ask the Business Manager to help me sort things out, since she has moved to Polokwane.

The credit card increase application and documents were received by Marcus Wheeler at FNB Menlyn at 09:21 who informed me that Menlyn's business manager - Helen Sako - would be absent for a few days. Unfortunately ***le did not inform me that there would be no Business Manager for days at the branch. Marcus took my documents, said he would work on it and that he would let Helen Sako sort it out and contact me.

He could not give me any phone number for the Business Manager, but gave me an email address - *** - which I later discovered DOES NOT EXIST.

Now after one week no one has still contacted me and if one tries to call the Menlyn branch it goes to the Helpline with people who also have no idea what is going on.

Please get back to me and let me know what has happened to my application.

FNB has been highly frustrating to work with with one person putting you through to the next and no one actually knowing what is happening.

Where are the documents that I handed in?

Why was I asked to hand them in at the branch instead of emailing them?

Where is the business manager and why did they not get back to me?

Why was I given a false email address at the Menlyn FNB branch?

Thank you
