FALSE INFORMATION BY FNB

I recently disputed an account that has prescribed with FNB directly as I couldn't disputed with the credit bureaus cause the dates are inconsistent and allegedly payment was made in the last 3 consecutive years. I have not paid this account in over the 3 years and to my suprise this account is still active,I went into FNB to change my pin on my savings account and that was recorded as a payment !!!! Im sure it's ******* to put up false information .how is it that people that have your information that shapes your life inconsistent??
