False Information

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote few months ago about FNB and my frustration, and thank you Peter because then a lady from FNB legal called me and told me if I paid the settlement amount(discounted by FNB ) I will be cleared from the Credit Bereu adn after making the payment on the 15th July and email the proof of payment to the attorneys they handed me over to. </p> <p>FNB is now changing the story they do not want to release the Settlement Letter, they are nw saying I msut pay the discount they gave me off....what I fidn frustrating is that when I made the payment (settlement payment) it was overy by R2300 adn some change, which is what the initital undiscounted amount was.....still they refuse to give me the settlement letter they are telling the attorneys to tell me to pay an extra R2000 and some change for admin ....why is this happening to me? </p> <p> </p> <p>FNB lady that called me from legal told me that if I settled the amount they will release the letter and now its more charges that are ridiculous adn frustrating. I cannot win with FNB they jsut want to add misery tom y life as a young woman trying to make a clean finance record.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me I am in desperate need of your help.</p>
