False Information

<p>I switched from Capitec bank to FNB, reason being that you can buy smart devices from them. first month that my salary was paid in I went to find out if I can purchase such a smart device. I was on the line with a lady that told me that I will only qualify if my salary comes in the next month. Well next month came and i went back again. The lady then helped me to apply online, but it said I do not qualify for the product. She them put me through to the smart devices deparment. I told the guy who answered the phone my problem, he then said he cant help me he will put me through to some one that will be able to. This went on for a while and me ending up speaking to 5 different people that cant help me. After that I went back to the floor manager and she told me that one of the consultants will call the smart device department and find out why i do not qualify for this product. After the telephone conversation the consultant then told me that they said I cannot afford it..... So why tell me I will only qualify when my second months salary comes in? I switched banks because of the nice deals they have on the website. I would like to know why they will tell me I will qualify if my second months salary comes in and when it did I cannot afford it. </p>
