False information
Credit Score Dropped from 619 to 590
Dear FNB/Transunion
I can not understand or even begin to comprehend ho my credit score was able to fall from 619 to 590 basically over night I monitor my credit status constantly and stay alert with any changes Due to unforeseen circumstances I took a temp loan from FNB last month When I took out this temp loan I did not even receive a notification from FNB that they checked my credit record – yet my score drops 19 points when an enquiry was done The very same loan that I took out was paid back within 20 days – yet my credit record shows that I am owing a temp loan which was not even on my profile for longer than a month
As much as I can understand that the score will drop for especially taking out bad credit – but 19 points – that is just ridiculous
Another issue I have is that I have on record that I have been paying another loan with FNB on time and that should at least count towards an accumulation of points
This dropping of 20 points is just a **** and perhaps we need to review whether the relationship between transunion and fnb is fair to the consumers?
