False information

I have an bank account with FNB and an access to check my things online, now from the begging of June when i checked how much i can qualify for ,for a personal loan it said i qualify for R43 000 and then i called FNB customer care and i spoke to Hlengiwe Mkhize and i said to her that i need a loan and she checked and said to me that the system said i do not qualify and when i asked for the reason she said it affordability meanwhile in my life the only thing im paying is a car nothing else. I dont even have a credit anywhere else. So my problem here is why is fnb saying i qualify R43000 online then when i call they say i dont qualify. Im very ****ed right now i have been using fnb since childhood im thinking of changing the bank this is false information given and no one is able to explain as to exactly why dont i qualify.

Unfortunatetly FNB doesnt care about their clients i just received a call telling me tgat since i dont have a retail debt they still cant give me a loan as i am high risk yet they cant even explain why they said i qualify R43000. This bank mislead people and im going to tell all my friends and family about your service and im going to paste this on facebook. Im very disappointed. This is bad service
