False Information
<p>I left Standard Bank because of the bad call center service, I heard alot of good about FNB and was told about the ( EASY ) switching process. The salesmen at FNB told me they will make sure my debits are done in a few days so i can change my bank details with my company before the debits come off. I fought with my company to change my payment details to FNB ( As this was after Payroll Date ) they made a plan and did the change, Now FNB tells me a week later it actually takes up to 6 weeks, On friday my debit orders will come off an account where there is no money as my salary is going to my FNB account. THis will not only cost a fortune in bounced fees it will reflect negativly on my credit score. I am disgusted in my first interaction with FNB i moved to them because i heard they are the better bank, CLearly not? i have phoned the ( Premier Line ) and been passed around with no record of previous conversations or anyone calling back as promised..As i am new to FNB i want to give them a chance to remedy this before friday so we can have a good relationship moving forward</p>

As i stated you would have someone phone without a answer then it would be too late to call as lines would be down! The manager that called had no clue what was going on and said i need to speak with a different manager even though you told me she would call with answers. Instead of everyone throwing me in different directions why not ask a banker to sit down and start calling to request the debit changes, If this was done a week ago we would not be in this situation. You also only found my debit form a week after i sent it and everytime i call no one knows whats going on, Do you not make notes on the account? I regret leaving Standard Bank they are not even this bad which says alot. I am so dissapointed and every call i get sorry Mr Flanigan but i dont know.....etc etc...if this is not solved today i want to take legal action if you can point me in the right direction. i have call recordings which i can pull from my records your staff made promises and now i am going to get a bad credit score!! this can effect me for life i want this delt with IMMEDIATLY!!!! ********** 778 call me now
