False hope and Information

My mother went to a branch at Southern Centre for a small loan, it was approved, signed and received contract via email, but no money in her account, waited the whole day yesterday, nothing, she went in again today 13/8/2020 and was told it was declined??? How can they do this??? Please note that they give false information on loans saying its approved and then the next day tell you its declined, she was assisted by "Leeto, Boitumelo".
