False Hope

So disappointed and so fed up with FNB. Log into the app then they say "Congratulations you qualify for a loan" , then you apply for the loan only for it to be declined. I phoned FNB to find out why it was declined because that is what the person on the secure chat said I must do, only answer they give me is it was declined . . . I ****ING KNOW IT WAS DECLINED!!!!! My question was why was it declined and I still do not have an answer!!! FNB has all my details so why pre approve me for something if you are just going to decline when I apply???

I asked this exact same question to the person on the phone, the just kept quiet, I said hallo to make sure she is still there and then I get a Yes mam . . . so she just chose to not answer me or to pretend she didn't hear what I asked.

Been a client of FNB I think since 2014/2015 and I am just fed up, I am done with them. Terrible customer service, they don't even bother to phone you back if the call gets dropped. ****ing pathetic!

Why get someone's hopes up just to say sorry your application has been declined??

So I will be looking for a new bank, any suggestions??
