false **** information that embarrasses clients

I have sent numerous moans/complaints but FNB have not assisted by stress in anyway. they increase my limit and make me look like a complete fool when I tried to access the funds it says insufficient funds as they put the increase in a cards which FNB supposedly closed. seems I will have to go into the branch as this useless no people thing just does not work. embarrassing doing business with such *********** people making their clients fools.
