False Credit Card Application

I recently received 2 sms's from FNB thanking me for my new credit card application. I initially thought that it must have just been a mistake... until I logged on to my FNB online banking only to find that a new credit card and petro card has been linked to my profile. The major problem I have here is the fact that I have never app**** for an FNB credit card!!! So I want to know who authorized this?? What scares me even more is the fact that we live in a world with a lot of ***** going on daily! and FNB are yet to call or email me about this after I had sent them an email explaining the above... I sent it almost a week ago!. This irritates me so much because FNB would email me and call me offering me a credit card, and every time, I said the same thing... I do not want a credit card!!

I have been a loyal FNB customer for over 5 years now, I have 3 smartphones through FNB, 2 savings accounts and much more... but it seems to me that myself as a customer is not important to the bank. Please FNB, your service over the years has been good...but I can easily switch banks.

A rapid response will be appreciated.

Thanks
