False charges for non existent bounced payments

I was *****ulently charged a R200 items not paid fee on the 1st of June 2026 on my cheque account. Firstly I have no incontact message or email that there were items not paid. The charge was quietly slipped in there with hope that I will not see it. Secondly I do not use my debit card at all for purchases. The third issue is that I had a balance in excess of 1000 rands AFTER my FNB funeral cover was debited at 00:00 2 June 2026 the balance was to cover the 2 debit orders remaining that is below 900 rands. I would like to know which debit order bounced for that fee to be levied, bear in mind I do not have any debit orders for the first of the month.

FNB straight up stole 200 rands from my account and hoped I would not see it. Return my money or the ombudsman will be involved again
