False charges

I took a device with FNB and declined the sim card offer online but when it was delivered it came with a sim card with 500MB data which I assumed was free. I used the data and when it's finished the internet would cut off. Shock of my life to realise that FNB connect has been billing me for data for 3 months, same amount!!! When I check my data plan online it says nothing to pay but there are invoices with charges on it.

1. Why was this never disclosed to me and given a chance to choose a package plan since I only wanted the device??

2. Wht get billed for free data( supposedly)

3. What are tyhe chances of using the same amount of extra data a month? if this 500MB is free

I am tired of being **********.
