False Campaings
I was contacted by FNB with which they said that there is a campaign with wesbank where if I switch my banking to FNB, And met certain conditions, that I would receive one months car instalment back. I switched my bankingand debit orders met all the conditions. And to no surprize, instalment wasn’t paid back by the date which they said. I have been struggling for a week to get answers, FNB points me to Wesbank, And wesbank points me back to FNB. No one can find the ref number that I was given. I wonder if this is just a tactic to get people to switch banks.
