False advise given

Last month I queried charges that were not supposed to go off my account, now I have been charged over R600 for account fees. Clearly this is not what was discussed with Lindiwe and this won't work out. Please call me as I'd like to downgrade my account.This is not the pro-rata discussed and don't advise clients nonsense either.
