FNB Connect will sell you dreams guys. I don’t know how many times I’ve been complaining about the false advertising they do in order for you to use their network. At first I was told that my salary was not getting in their account of which I’ve changed back to them so that I can get the dreams they’ve sold me of free 60 minutes airtime, data and smses which even now I’m not getting. To top it all you can’t top up if you’ve got no money in your account. My fellow South Africans please don’t believe the lies they tell you about free things and stick to your networks. I’m honestly porting back to vodacom and my salary to Nedbank. I can’t do this anymore. It’s very frustrating honestly.

Their consultants are very cheeky and rude and if they are not hanging up my calls they promise to put me on prepaid which never happens. My porting request was even escalated but nothing is happening. I’m loosing money as I always have to send the same message and it’s costing me. All I want is to leave this network and be free but I’m not winning. This is a nightmare honestly
