False advertising regarding delivering credit card
I recently ordered a new credit card and was told they were having difficulties with the card delivery service, so I would have to collect it at the branch. I don't mind doing that, but it irks me that the advertising about FNB being superior to Beep bank because cards are delivered continues even whilst they are not able to offer the service.
