False Advertising/ poor service

I was excited getting the sim from FNB connect, but the experience I'm getting is embarrassing and leading me to more expenses.

I took a deal where you get unlimited minutes, 1GB and extra 100GB X12 months. I don't know whether its false advertising or someone is not doing the job, I have called FNB connect and they coming up with stories now.

Paid on the 25th (yesterday )and today I have been told all the data is finished and sad that I have called and no one is willing to come and explain what's going on.

now I have to go back and tell people I have recommended this package about my experience I having with FNB connect. SAD.
