False advertising on Website from FNB

I have just gone on retirement and looking for investing some funds. I logged onto the FNB website and looked at the Fixed Deposit for clients aged 55 years and older. I came across the Preferential Nominal Rates for Senior clients on the retirees value proposition for 55 years and older. I contacted the number provided and requested to open the account as the funds are available immediately. The agent informed me that they cannot open the account because I need to be 60 years of age. I told them I am on the website updated Date Published: 2024-12-19 09:55. I was told the website is incorrect.
