FALSE ADVERTISING ON SMART DEVICES

Sunday 22 March 2015, My husband and I decided to purchase a PS4 console through FNB Smart Devices online. After carefully checking between the 2 options available, we decided to take the R325.00 option as we did not want the voucher offered with the R399.00 option. <br> <br> The R325.00 option was as follows: 1 x PS4 Console, 2 x Duel Shock Controllers, 1 x PS4 Camera, 5 x Games: Drive Club, Infamous FL, Metal Gear V, The Last of Us, Minecraft. I have the actual screenshots of these items, and even when checking out it was confirmed that this is what I will be receiving in my bundle. So my package arrived, nice and early, but with only one Game - Drive Club. So I contacted FNB, who acknowledged the mistake on their website and quickly changed it, and said they would let us know the solution as hundreds of customers have purchased this offer and have complained. <br> <br> I have not heard a thing from FNB regarding this, but sure as hell they have taken the R325.00 off my husbands account. I have proof that this is what was promised to me, so I want my games and I want someone to actually contact me with a solution.
