False advertising on Google FNB Cornubia (Dept of Home Affairs)

I had visited the online site on google and it clearly stated that the FNB branch at Cornubia Mall does Birth Certificates. When I visited the branch, I was turned away and was told that the only do ID and passport docs. Now I am left with nowhere to go as the day is already over and my child has missed the chance of being enrolled at school because of this missing document. I wish it was possible to attach a screenshot of the actual post on google so everyone could see how they have misled people on their ad.
