FALSE ADVERTISING (Moving Account)

After receiving a random SMS from FNB offering me R2000 to move my account to them from another bank, I was happy to do that. This was in July and to date nothing I have received nothing from them, after investigating with FNB still no answers. Really is this what they are doing to new customers just to get them to sign up.
