False advertising from FNB

Reported false advertising last week, FNB advertised 40% off smart devices. When on ebucks store, even a level 5 client has absolutely no smart device thats 40% off. After complaining fnb called me from many different departments many times. I held for over 30 minutes. They all say its another departments fault. I saw the ad multiple times of up to 40% off smart devices. The final guy that calls me thinks I'm an idiot and for about 15 minutes says he doesn't find the ad. I have multiple screenshots that show the ad on the fnb website. Just google "Fnb smart device promotions" and the second search result sends you to the page on the fnb site. What they are doing now is playing for time and acting like that cant see the ad so that they have time to rectify the false advertising. Pathetic service from *****. The guy actually kept me holding for 15 min saying he can't find it, but its the first page that appears. He plays dumb. Have the pictures and screenshots.
