false advertising for Graduate Portfolio account

Graduate portfolio programme<br> <br> <br> Dear FNB<br> <br> In 2008 or so I opened a graduate portfolio account because I was told that I would qualify for preferential rates for vehicle financing.<br> <br> What a load of bull! I have since bought 2 cars and am in the process of finalising a deal on a 3rd..and still no preferential rate despite an excellent credit record and affordability.<br> I realise there's rules to follow when qualifying for an interest rate. I strongly feel that promising access to preferential rates is false advertising. <br> <br> I will also be informing my friends and family of this bull **** claim.<br> <br> looking forward to closing my account!
