False advertising - **** promos

<p>I have received a number of "exclusive " offers depicting discounts for travel over a period of time. I have s never managed to claim any of these, the emails that have the links simply dont work properly. Today I decided to try to offer w.r.t the Eithiad airline deal since i was sent a few mails advertsing promotional flights. No details on how to go about this, I logged in the app that the message was sent to , no links or details on the app, i then logged onto the website via pc, again these adverts are all over the page, but no link, I eventually managed to do a search for flights via the ebucks travel search engine, and to my suprise no Eithiad flights were found! </p> <p>FNB has been sending various promos that simply dont work, this is not the first of the second time that I have experienced this. Its just the first time that I decided that I should complain. </p> <p>This is simply not acceptable business practice and certainly unfair advertising. FNB seems to be using these tactics as a norm recently. The fact that as a private client I cannot get any resolution really is shocking. </p> <p>FNB reply will be ; "here is a reference number for your complaint .. case closed. "</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
