False Advertising
Absolutely disgusted. I am sitting in the Westgate Mall branch, collecting my card and simcard, as this was sold to me as a package deal. Now the consultant Bulelewa tells me I must pay for the simcard, the Whatsapp Data bundle is suppose to be free. This is false advertising.

15 Oct 2025, 12:07Bongani Khumalo, maybe my complaint was not very clear. When I was contacted to upgrade to the Aspire, I was offered the simcard and airtime FREE of CHARGE. You are welcomed to go and listen to voice recording, I asked if there is any additional charges for the simcard, and the consultant said NO. When I collected my new card and the simcard, the consultant Bulelewa at Westgate Mall said the simcard is NOT FREE, she went to her supervisor to confirm, and the supervisor/manager said there is CHARGES involved, hence WHY I SAID FALSE ADVERTI*****T. Bulelewa, wanted to me to upgrade to the Premier account, as my husband has a Premier account with you, but with this service, I could of stayed on my original account, and not receive the excellent service there. Looks like the HIGHER you go, the more pathetic the service gets.
