False Advertising by FNB

I opened an account at FNB on the 8th of Jan via the phone. They had sent me a message about receiving R200p, data and free minutes if I switch. The lady asked me questions but had most of my info because I am not a new client to FNB then she told me that FNB will switch my salary and debit orders on my behalf but that didn't happen but I did everything myself. So for me to qualify for a R2000 they told me that I will have to have my salary deposited into that account and at least 2 debit orders and that happened. I followed up on the money and the data etc and I was sent from pillar to post until I got a guy forgot his name who escalated the matter. Few days later I received an email from Craig Lang telling me that they apologise for the delay and they will only be able to pay the money into my account on the 15th of February because that's when they will run the batch. I waited till the 17th and decided to follow up and it was another struggle till I went to the branch where they escalated my matter again. I then received an email from Gabiba Da Silva telling me that I need to at least have a deposit of R16500 not sure what that means because I have had more than that in my account, she told me about switching debit orders in which I do have debit orders running from my account, and she told me that I should be registered for Ebucks which is also something new. I find this distasteful and have demanded them to retrieve the call I had with the consultant and also the email I had received previously that confirms that I qualify. I need to know where can I report FNB as I feel that this is false advertising and misleading. Besides the *********** who will tell u different stories I am still not helped nor answered.
