False advertising, bad service

False advertising. I opened a account with FNB on 17 Aug 2017. I switched from ABSA, I went to FNB to ask what they need to open an account for me. They said they want a bank statement from ABSA to link my debit orders to my new account. The lady who opened the account for me wrote my info from my statement to switch the debit orders. AS FNB ADVERTISE... One month after that my debit orders still wasnt switched and my Absa account went into arrears. I went to the bank, enquired about it. After a while I went back, I had no feedback. The manager said to me she tried to phone me, I didnt get any phone calls. She said the person who assisted me said that it was my responsibility to check if my debit orders was switched. In any case nobody told me to check. At the end I myself had to change all the debit orders , why does FNB advertise THEY will switch debit. False advertising? Where do I report that? NCR? Till today I am waiting for the outcome of what is happening. Can I get feedback via email pls
