false advertising and poor service

I opened a Business account with FNB Zevenwatch mall Cape Town and i was told if I open an Aspire account switch my salary and debit orders after 3 salaries i will get 1000 it is a campaign FNB is running April i did just that . my salary was paid April May and June to FNB and never received the R1000

been calling several times until i mentioned i will get hello peter involved that is when i received a call plus an email after 10 days "Saying Good Day
